Boba is an international dating platform operated by MANGO MACHINE LLC that connects individuals seeking meaningful, long-term relationships. These Terms apply to all users of Boba worldwide.

Boba is not a mail-order bride service, escort service, or marriage broker. We provide a platform for individuals to meet and communicate — nothing more. Any relationships that develop are solely between the individuals involved.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Boba. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• You have not been convicted of a felony or indictable offense, or any crime involving violence or sexual misconduct
• You are not required to register as a sex offender
• You are using your real identity and providing accurate information
• You are single, separated, or in the process of divorce (not in a committed relationship)

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date profile information

You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with anyone else. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Boba only for its intended purpose: meeting people for genuine relationships. You agree not to:

• Use false, misleading, or stolen information or photos
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or relationship status
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Continue contacting someone who has asked you to stop
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising
• Request or send money to other users
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the service
• Circumvent feature limits, security measures, or platform rules

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography
• Content depicting or promoting violence, abuse, or self-harm
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content attacking protected groups
• Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Illegal activity or content that violates any law
• Impersonation of other individuals or entities
• Sharing other users' private information without consent

Zero Tolerance Policy:

Boba has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any sexual exploitation of minors. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

To maintain a safe environment, we reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate all content on the platform, including but not limited to:

• Profile information and photos
• Messages and communications between users
• Voice messages and their transcriptions
• Images and media shared on the platform

We use a combination of automated systems (including AI) and human review to detect policy violations, scams, and potentially harmful behavior. We may take action on content or accounts at our discretion, including removal, suspension, or reporting to authorities.

Messages are encrypted in our database, but we retain the ability to access and review them for safety, moderation, and legal compliance purposes.

We offer optional identity verification to help build trust on the platform. If you choose to verify your identity, you agree that:

• You will provide genuine identification documents
• We may store verification documents for fraud prevention and safety purposes
• We may use verification data to comply with legal requests or law enforcement
• Verification status may be displayed on your profile

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm account ownership or investigate suspected violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, display, and distribute your content within Boba
• Share it with other users as part of the platform experience
• Use it for promotional purposes (with your identity protected unless you consent otherwise)

You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

Boba offers free and paid subscription tiers. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan
• Keep your billing information accurate and up to date
• Allow recurring charges at the end of each billing period unless canceled

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your plan). You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change takes effect.

We may offer a 7-day free trial for paid subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Free trials are limited to one per person. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we detect abuse or multiple accounts.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please note:

• Refunds result in permanent account deletion
• Limit of one refund per person
• Users who receive refunds may not request refunds on future accounts

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, you agree to first contact us in good faith to resolve the issue.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You harm, mislead, harass, or abuse other users
• We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
• We are legally required to do so
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We retain your data for 30 days after deletion to allow for account recovery. After this period, data is permanently deleted except where retention is required by law.

Boba is available to users worldwide with a single subscription. However, we reserve the right to restrict access to certain countries or regions as required to comply with applicable laws, sanctions, or government regulations.

You may not use Boba if:

• You are located in a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions
• You are on any U.S. government prohibited party list
• Your use would violate any applicable export control or sanctions laws

We may terminate or suspend access to users in specific countries at any time if required by law or government order.

Boba is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not:

• Guarantee matches, relationships, or any particular outcome
• Verify the identity, background, or intentions of all users
• Guarantee that user information is accurate or truthful
• Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Dating Safety: You acknowledge that meeting people online carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, telling someone where you're going, and taking appropriate safety precautions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MANGO MACHINE LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill
• Any conduct or content of other users
• Any physical harm or injury resulting from interactions with other users
• Any amount exceeding $100 USD or the total you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MANGO MACHINE LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, or expense (including legal fees) related to:

• Your use of the platform
• Your content or actions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights

Before taking legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us informally by contacting us first.

If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Utah, USA. You waive your right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit. This section survives account termination.
