Introduction

Your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can receive a refund for your Boba subscription. This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service .

01.30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Boba experience for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

02.Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not previously received a refund from Boba
  • Your account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations

We may also consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevented you from using the platform
  • Significant service outages or platform unavailability
  • You have not initiated or received contact with other members

03.Discretionary Refunds

Outside of the situations described above, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund not covered by this policy, you may contact us with a detailed explanation.

We evaluate discretionary refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information to process your request.

04.Account Deletion

Important: Receiving a refund results in the permanent deletion of your Boba account.

When a refund is processed:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • All profile data, messages, and matches will be removed
  • This action cannot be undone

If you wish to keep your account but cancel future billing, please see the Subscription Cancellation section instead.

05.One Refund Limit

Each person is limited to one refund . If you have previously received a refund from Boba, you are not eligible for additional refunds on any future accounts or subscriptions.

We track refund history to prevent abuse. Creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple refunds is a violation of our Terms of Service.

06.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at mangomachine.agency@gmail.com
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Please note that by requesting a refund, you acknowledge and accept that your account will be permanently deleted upon approval.

07.Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund

We process refunds through Stripe, our payment provider. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer.

08.No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

09.Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we ask that you first contact us to resolve any billing concerns. We are committed to working with you in good faith.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Inability to create future accounts
  • Collection of any amounts owed

10.Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid charges:

  • Cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial ends
  • You can cancel through your account settings at any time

If you forget to cancel and are charged after the trial, you may request a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee (subject to the one-refund limit and account deletion policy).

11.Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are different. If you want to stop future charges but keep your account:

  • Go to your account settings and cancel your subscription
  • You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will remain active with free-tier access after that
  • No refund is issued for the remaining time

If you want a refund, please follow the refund request process outlined above. Remember that refunds result in permanent account deletion.
