• Upload photos that are genuinely you and recent
• Be honest about your age, location, and intentions
• Don't impersonate others or create fake identities
• Maintain only one account per person

Creating duplicate accounts, misrepresenting yourself, or using someone else's photos will result in account termination.

Treat every member with dignity and respect:

• Communicate kindly, even when declining interest
• Accept "no" gracefully — if someone isn't interested, move on
• Don't send unsolicited sexual messages or images
• Respect boundaries and personal space
• Don't harass, bully, or intimidate others
• If someone blocks you, do not attempt to contact them through other means

Remember: there's a real person on the other side of every profile. Treat them how you'd want to be treated.

Your profile should reflect who you really are:

• You must be 18 years or older to use Boba
• Provide accurate information about yourself
• Use Boba for genuine dating and relationship purposes only
• Don't include contact information (phone, email, social media) in your bio
• Don't use your profile for commercial purposes or solicitation

Profiles that exist for purposes other than genuine dating will be removed.

Photos help others get to know you. All photos must be of you and follow these rules:

Allowed:

• Clear photos of your face
• Recent photos that accurately represent your current appearance
• Photos showing your interests and personality

Not Allowed:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Photos of other people (group photos where you're not clearly identifiable)
• Photos of minors or children
• Violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Contact information or social media handles
• Copyrighted material you don't own
• Heavily filtered or misleading images
• Drug-related imagery

Good communication builds connections. When messaging on Boba:

• Be respectful and courteous
• Don't send spam, chain messages, or repetitive content
• Don't send unsolicited sexual or explicit messages
• Don't use abusive, threatening, or harassing language
• Don't promote external websites, products, or services
• Don't share others' private information

The same standards apply when communicating with our support team. Abusive behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Boba:

• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
• Content glorifying violence or self-harm
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content involving or depicting minors inappropriately
• Promotion of illegal activities
• Solicitation for prostitution or escort services
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code

Your safety is our priority. Protect yourself:

• Never send money to anyone you've met on Boba, no matter the reason
• Don't share financial information (bank details, credit cards, etc.)
• Be cautious of members who quickly want to move conversations off-platform
• Report anyone who asks for money or makes you uncomfortable

Warning: If someone you've never met in person asks for money, it's almost certainly a scam. Report them immediately.

When meeting in person:

• Meet in a public place for your first few dates
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going
• Arrange your own transportation
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave

Zero Tolerance Policy: Boba has zero tolerance for any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of minors.

The following will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempting to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
• Soliciting minors for any reason
• Sharing content depicting minors inappropriately

We report all violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

Keep your account secure:

• Never share your password with anyone
• Don't let others access your account
• Use a strong, unique password
• Log out on shared devices
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods may be subject to removal. Log in regularly to keep your account active.

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it. You can report directly from a user's profile or message.

When reporting:

• Provide as much detail as possible
• Include screenshots or evidence if available
• Describe what happened and when

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning or content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity)

The severity of the action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. Serious violations (harassment, scams, illegal content, child safety) result in immediate termination without warning.

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect our community.
